Thanks for being a VapeBand® fan! Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why PANANAN INC takes pride in all we do. We have the fastest turnaround and friendliest customer service. Here’s some important details to note if you’re making a return or exchange:
- We accept returns and exchanges for standard orders for up to 15 days from the day of purchase.
- Buyer pays for shipping cost for return label for exchanges or non-defective returns.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs.
- Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt, processing of your return, and credits to appear on your statements.
Damaged / Incorrect Order:
Here at the warehouse, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from us, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Wholesale
- VapeBand® (packs, or any product) sold at wholesale prices (please notify us immediately at the time of receipt of any damages or errors).
- If a damage or error occurs that is our responsibility:
- All returns or exchanges must be approved by PANANANL INC in the form of a return authorization number prior to the return or exchange being processed.
- Returned items for exchange will be credited to original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
- Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return or exchange.
- In the rare case we do pre-approve of a wholesale return, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
- Custom
- Any Custom Product including (but not limited to) VapeBand®, printed, debossed or embossed silicone products.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or altered in any way.
- In-stock items in which are sold at cost, on a special price, or seasonal items.
